Willys Jeep Photo Album
Here are my Willys Jeeps past and present. Click on the pic for more and hurry back!

1946 CJ2-A Odd-fire V-6, 5:38 gears, “Lincoln Lockers” front (!) and rear, 14/35 Mudders, Warn 8274, full cage, no stereo. One tough little Jeep that knew its way around Tellico by heart. The V-6 wore out everything between it and the Mudders-way more power and traction than the old girl was ever designed for!

1947 CJ-2A This Jeep sat in a field for 8 years. I primed the carb, put in a new 6-volt battery, poured the rest of the gas in the tank and drove it home. The guy I bought it from also had a Tuxedo Park Mk-5 CJ. He missed the old girl so much he bought it back before I could use any of the parts on the other flatfender! I did get to keep the new top!

1958 FC-170 3/4 ton Jeep Forward Control pickup. This is one of approximately 1570 built that year. Mine is a converted ex-military rig with a 292 Ford V-8, 5-forward (2 granny low gears and no overdrive) a “divorced” t-case with no low range, factory-built camper and homemade step/toolboxes. It is too far gone for a restoration but will make a killer hot rod some day when I have the time and money! Click here for more or the pic for another page.
