Last Update 12/21/07. The CJ-7 has been sold. Sad to see her go but happy that my oldest daughter is now married and living a good life. The horses need something to haul more feed and hay, so I traded up a well used 1995 Dodge 1500 long bed regular cab 4x4 with a 360 and automatic. It already needed new headlights and a better back bumper and hitch. See it's page soon... Finished the one piece axle install, replaced both wheel cylinders and shoes while everything was apart. Now it's back to time spent selling homes and land here in the mountains of Western North Carolina that I call home. The 1982 CJ-7 now has it's own page! Hello to all my friends on the Jeep-L mailing list and thanks for the help on the many problems I've fixed just from listening in and searching the archives (and occasionally posting:). Surf around my award wining site (Thanks to Baytown Bert, see below) and enjoy. Here’s wishing everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a happy and safe New Year here in the mountains of Western North Carolina! |

Welcome to my 4x4 site. This site is dedicated to all four wheel drives and Jeeps in particular. These are some of my vehicles past and present. Stay tuned as this site is always changing-sometimes faster and sometimes slower depending on what time I have. This site is interactive so try clicking the pictures or sometimes the text to go to other areas with more info or pictures. The 1972 Cherokee and 1958 FC-170 are still around, killing my grass and waiting to donate some parts or maybe be restored. The 1982 CJ-7, 1946 CJ-2A, 1948 CJ-2A, 1976 CJ-5, 1978 CJ-5, 1981 CJ-5, 1973 CJ-5 and 1974 CJ-5 Jeeps are history as are the 1976 Toyota Land Cruiser, 1978 Chevy 1/2 ton lwb, 1988 GMC Suburban, and the 1978 Ford Bronco. The 1994 GMC Suburban has now been replaced with a 1998 Dodge Durango that hauls me to work and back every day so I can afford more Jeep parts and a 2004 Chrysler 300M Special helps my wife do the same!!! The 1997 Blazer is now carrying my daughter back and forth to college, And the 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee is gone, replaced by a 1999 Blazer. There is also a 2004 Dodge Stratus RT that carries another daughter to college. |
